Hmm, and who made *you* president, Pete??? ;^) I occasionally have need and/or interest in something like this, as well as mutual referrals when a prospective client wants local help and I'm not local. However, such arrangements are best made on a one-by-one basis. Trust, confidence in your associate's competence, management and consulting styles, etc., are all factors and a loose consultant's "association" doesn't quite measure up.
