What determines the coding scheme used in the PO106 element of the PO1
segment?
I have seen UP(UCC-12 (1-5-5-1)), UA (U.P.C./EAN Case Code (2-5-5))
and UI (U.P.C. Consumer Package Code (1-5-5)).
Who, what and how is the Product/Service ID Qualifier Code determined?
