Not sure what the code value was, but Ive also seen U.P.C.(2-5-5-2) being planned for use at a previous location.

PO1 06,08,10,12,-etc are defined by Element 235 There are hundreds of qualifier codes which have been defined. Now many of the quals are being used, depending on requirements, availability, phase of the moon, whatever... The UI would be the 11 digit UPC, minus the checkdigit.
