They have "lost a circuit on the ICS platform" and they have their engineers working it. 1:15pm EST was suppossed to be the fix time but they are now admitting it could take a bit longer. Has anyone else noticed the increase in the downtime over there. Issues at least once a week for the past couple of months. Have to really ask yourselfs at this point what service exactly do we (our employers) pay for here monthly. I promote no VAN in particualr but I will point out I have yet to have an issue using ICC. Maybe if everyone got on them they would have at least 1 other backup Pipe for VAN traffic. It appears as if GXs must not have the big bucket of cash they once did or this would not be a weekly event.
