I checked with GXS, and here is their response: "GXS currently has two separate networks, ICS (Interchange Services, the global messaging service on GXS Trading Grid) and Information Exchange. Your account xxxx is currently profiled on Information Exchange." That explains why we didn't see any connectivity issues.
