I have no problem with defending standards, but charging hundreds of dollars 
for something that would take 15 minutes to make freely available online is not 
correct.

Current cost of the electronic version is $820.00
The book is ONLY $168.00

If they are really interested in encouraging the use of these codes, they 
should be free...
