Jon, We moved all our VAN traffic to the Softshare VAN about a year ago, and we have been very pleased with them. Plus it saved us thousands of $$$.
Pluses: Excellent Pricing Dependability Great Customer Service Good website functionality Minuses: Haven't experienced any BTW - I'm not a Softshare reseller, just a Softshare customer!
