I don't recommend Inovis due to their support response times. Sterling
has good support but is much more expensive than SoftShare or ATT Easy
Link http://www.easylink.com/ <http://www.easylink.com/> . Softshare is
what we recommend.

Thanks,

Eileen

Importance: Low

I'm also looking to lower my VAN costs and have been doing some
research in the last few weeks. The majority of my TPs use Inovis,
Nubriges and Sterling. I didn't know anything about Softshare.
Anybody else has additional feedback (good/bad) about any of these
VANs. I'd appreciate any feedback and help as well.

Angie
