I full hearted agree with Craig. I use there software and VAN services.
I find it very easy to log any problems thru their new portal (which I
have very little of). The response time is based on the level of
severity which in an emergency they expect you to call in. It is easier
to use them for both so if their are problems with the software they
can't point fingers to the VAN - visa versa.

Hmmm... I've not had any problems with the Inovis Support response
times.... I've often put in a support request and had it taken care
of in less thime than the scale level (1 - immediate, 2 - within 4
hours, etc.) would suggest - sometimes a TP set up is done in just a
few minutes - maybe 15...?

My biggest issue with the Inovis Support was more due to the recent
changes made to the support portal and some of the glitches associated
with a new product roll-out.... And then, if I have any issues, I
just escalate the problem to My account rep(s) and it's usually worked
on VERY quickly and taken care of....

We're also quite happy with our pricing at Inovis.... could we maybe
save money at another VAN...? Possibly.... but since we use so many
other facets of Inovis for other things (Compliance Link testing,
Catalog, etc.) I often find it easier to have just one source for all
things instead of this over here, that over there and ....

Just My thoughts....
