Hello Adam,
Taking look at the EDI specifications of various trading partners is a good
idea. Getting a broad overview of X12 and Edifact is a good idea.
If you google EDI specifications its you get a lot of links to EDI specs and
how companies are using them.
Why not become an expert in your companies new solution? Also search this
list email list, there is lots of information here.
