I have a lot of clients who have partners who send "missing 997" notices
(they don't call them "late"), although the vast majority use "twenty-four
business hours" rather than "fourteen clock hours."
And whenever anyone asks me what is a reasonable time frame, I always say
"twenty-four business hours."
Sounds like a 'new feature' has been implemented by Home Depot and maybe
there's a few kinks still to be worked out.
