That's correct, and that's what Home Depot is!  They are the buyer and  
they demand that a 997 be sent back with in a specific amount of  
time.  I have the specs on it, but can't lay my hands on them right  
now.  But Home Depot is one of the most demanding about testing and  
certification outside of Toyota that I have seen.  There may be  
others, but I haven't had the privilege of dealing with them as yet.   
BTW, Craig, I thought it was the Automotive that was the 800 lb.   
Gorillas! :)  On the other hand, we depend on the 997 to know if an  
ASN was received in a timely fashion, specifically for those who set  
fines on late ASN's, like Chrysler.
