I have for a long time said the first document with the first partner has a minimum upfront cost of $10,000 for software, maybe to as much as $25,000 depending on how deluxe you go. Additonal partners/documents are essentially free of software costs However, your largest cost will probably be "learning how to use that new software;" that is, you - or someone - is going to have to invest a fair amount of 'quality time' learning how to use it. Marketing claims notwithstanding, none of these systems are 'plug and play.' An outside consultant would not be a bad idea , at least for the first couple of documents/partners (Disclaimer: this is how I earn a living so I can't be considered an unbiased source).
