Patrice, the m-e-c as2 software is delivered under a dual license.
You can select by yourself if you want to use the free open source
software or the commercial version.

Anyone can use the free version. And this is a full AS2 implementation
with all AS2 requirement included.

But there are many companies, which want to use commercial software.
And so the m-e-c as2 software is also available under a commercial
license.
