Well said Chris. The EDI system houses have managed to 'confuse' many 'managers' who don't understand even what EDI represents. It is any electronic form of transmittal of any type of information. The transport mechanism can be FedEx (if you send media), email, VAN, FTP, AS2 you name it; doesn't matter how the documents are transmitted, it is still Electronic Document Interchange! <smile>.
