If they are ending their relationship with GXS, then you have to find out who the new VAN is. If they are going 100% AS2, you don't have much choice. I am assuming that your VAN is NOT GXS. I have seen stuff like this in the past: A chain said that they would only accept EDI from a specific VAN. We called and they backed down. Another charged my client a monthly fee to handle interconnects through their VAN. Have you called GXS and asked about this? It seems that we are missing a piece of the puzzle. "Our EDI connection to you has been coming in via a GXS interconnect. From the 1st September 2010, these messages will begin to fail in the GXS system.
