You are correct, it is softwareAG, I was mistaken. It turns out our webmethods is licensed only for Manhattan Apps so there's no rationalization benefit to be had from a cost standpoint.
We are still in the beginning stages of our project. We start meetings on integration points next week. It is not scheduled for live implementation until 2012.
