I suspect they all have been delivered by now.

Sincerely,

I want to know what VAN is set up to deliver warm, homemade chocolate chip
cookies. (Yes, it was Thursday when you wrote it, but it's Friday when I
read it.)

Hey, I resemble that remark! I have created a large number of
specifications,
and I've seen many more. Mine, of course, are clear, legible and make sense
;)
(AND they come with warm, homemade chocolate chip cookies) I've also seen
one
page of a sample file (invalid) sent as an "IG".

Leah, IT, academic and geek (at one point or another in my career).

Of course you are correct.

However, I think you underestimate the depths to which "I/T" and "academics"

are involved in the creation of these specifications*.

If people could just learn that "EDI" is a *business* language and would get

the geeks the hell out of the process we'd all be better off.
