That's good news.  Their VAN is top notch. I've can't even remember the last 
time I had to call them...maybe 10 years ago.   

Sterling has always had a much higher level of quality support for MVS in my 
experience.  Could be lack of turnover in that group (I swear the same guys are 
there that were 15 years ago) or the fact that MVS is not as accessible (read: 
easy to fake) as windows.
