Hey guys, sorry I didnt know to put sales in the subject line before. My 
intention wasn't trying to "sell" anyone in the group, (though if anyone would 
have been interested that would have been a nice addition). My question was 
designed to increase my education on why people prefer specific VAN's, and I 
guess I didn't make myself clear was what other than pricing makes someone 
hesitant to change VAN's. If you are with Opentext why would you be hesitant to 
change to IBM, or GXS to nuBridges. What are preferences for specific VAN's and 
what would you say is important to you in your VAN that you use that other 
VAN's may not have.

such as <SALES> and using fake accounts without real names?
