I just received yet another phone call from someone who, because of their
company’s relationship with GXS, does not feel that they can speak out publicly
about this situation.

While I understand professional conflicts of interest, it only emphasizes the
total strangle hold that GXS exercises over this industry when professionals
feel they cannot speak out.

If you are in this situation, use your relationship with GXS to tell your
"partner" how much you disapprove of their move to eliminate a key connection
to ECGrid and to bully all the EDI Service Providers. This only devalues your
partnership with GXS; make sure the understand this.

If you want to discuss your particular situation or other options, please drop
me a line.

Regards,

Todd Gould
