As long as the VAN is not prohibiting you from going business with another VAN,
I don’t see where Sherman would kick in.
I suspect that a VAN that prohibited interconnects over the wishes of its
customers might fall into violation of the law, and I'm sure we'll find out if
that's true soon enough <g>.
