Those nice people in SEM who you think probably treated me so well....
remember how I began this discussion a few weeks ago on this newslist?   The
journal Structural Equation Modeling requested and accepted a paper from me
on structural equation modeling.  They held it for three years, explicitly
forbidding me from sharing it.  After three years they rejected the paper
and refused to discuss it further with me. That is unethical, it is breech
of contract and it is criminal. Why not give your learned opinion on that?


I am not saying you have done anything criminal. You appear to be simply be
incapable of an intellectual discussion . When you start signing contracts
and violating them, then we can talk criminal.
