Pick up any issue of JAMA or NEJM.

I admit I use P values.  They *help* me separate the wheat from the
chaff.

sure, i see them but, i am much more interesting in HOW the study was conducted ... because, it is not the stats that make for success ... it is how the investigation was conducted
