Are you sure that your DSL modem is set to bridging mode, so that you can
actually assign 24.72.112.19 to your red interface? Often, the external IP is
assigned to the modem, and not a PC behind it.

Also, just as important as the IP address is the subnet masks, especially on the
red. You haven't told us what that is yet...

And one more thing, turn on the DHCP service, and set your workstation to use
auto. This makes sure things are where they should be...
