Hi Lars,

I see no problem here, which is urgent enough, that I need to attend to it
from my vacation to Australia end of this month.

I can not say if the missing reaction of Pim and Miles about the "Nigel
Vicers case", means they found no fault in my acting or they had no time to
look into it. My position on it is clear and I stated it here multiple
times. I also support Conny clarification about announcing all changes of
the membership status on the core list.

I made some comments about the constitution changes Conny proposed, but
again for me that is not urgent enough, to interupt my vacation for that.
Of cause any one is free to have a different opinion on this on.

My opinion about project members with voting right are the following:
- all people which currently have svn access (for the eGW repository, not
Tine, as we agreed)
- the following 2 non developers:
+ Oscar as translation coordinator (he has svn rights)
  + Birgit as manual maintainer
- maybe Oscar or Birgit want to add a few more people, who made substantial
contributions
- I dont consider anyone from the sf.net list, not already mentioned above,
as they have not been active for years now

I fully support the idea of having a official list, viewable for everyone.
It's a bad idea to start sorting out that, when we are about to vote on
something. I will look into it, right when I'm back in March.
