If you don't have the time to care of our project, then please step back.
Other people have the needed time.

The amount of time we each have for the project is not the issue.  Sometimes you can really do too much, and I think that is evident.  Also, not everyone gets paid to work on egroupware, and our opinion is just as valid as those who do.  Think again about my perspective.

Ralf asked if someone will object if he adds Nigel to our project. Cornelius
and me objected as Nigel massively offended us and still did not apologize
for his actions. Ralf simply ignored our opinion. And you too.

People are going to offend one another at times.  Since neither of the other two admins were there, we cannot verify what happened.

As long as the admins don't listen to the developers as the ultimate
instance in our project, the constitution can be dropped into the trashcan.
If the admins don't take care of the constitution, why should I? Why should
I accept these admins anymore?

I don't need admins which don't care of my interests, but only care about
there own interests. As admin it is your job to find a solution all
projectmembers can live with. But you even did't try to do this.

Just because we do not agree with you does not mean that we are not acting with consideration to all project members.  As I said before, there is nothing about this issue that is affecting your ability to work within the project.  It will be considered on our schedule and not on yours.  It is not possible for that to occur now, so you will have to be patient.  By the way, it was known that Ralf would be going on vacation soon after the activities of December 2007.
