If you don't have the time to care of our project, then please step back.
Other people have the needed time.

A quote from our constitution:

The Open Source Groupware Suite eGroupWare is a community effort, developed
by people for their own enjoyment or to make their living from it.
--> The ultimate instance in the eGroupWare project are these developers.
<--
...

Ralf asked if someone will object if he adds Nigel to our project. Cornelius
and me objected as Nigel massively offended us and still did not apologize
for his actions. Ralf simply ignored our opinion. And you too.

As long as the admins don't listen to the developers as the ultimate
instance in our project, the constitution can be dropped into the trashcan.
If the admins don't take care of the constitution, why should I? Why should
I accept these admins anymore?

I don't need admins which don't care of my interests, but only care about
there own interests. As admin it is your job to find a solution all
projectmembers can live with. But you even did't try to do this.
