There's no perfect IDE.

I'd throw Kawa from tek-tools.com in the mix there.  They have really
stepped up to the plate for J2EE, expanding their IDE to include all the
features you need for J2EE server-side development.  And they're Kawa is
written in MFC so it's faster than all these Smalltalk and Swing-based IDEs.
Of course, it only runs on Windows.

Kawa has deploy functionality built in for Sun's J2EE RI, and I believe
Weblogic.  We are working with them to incorporate JRun 3.0 in there too.
Before their 5.0 version goes final, JRun will be supported.
