No, you can't. Your company's entire web site (or so it seems) is plastered
with JBuilder 4 enticements, but buried waaaaaaaaaay down at the bottom of
the JBuilder Foundation page (which is where the download link takes you
from the above page) is this:

        JBuilder 4 Foundation download will be available in mid-October.

And every "download JBuilder 4" graphic sends you to the JBuilder 3.5
download. In the Internet age, it doesn't pay to put up "download now!"
links to non-existent software. Either that or you've got some really slow
links between software development and your web sites.
