Actually, it seems that every day that message seems to change.

First it was:

1. JBuilder 4 Foundation download will be available in mid-October.

then it was something like:

2. JBuilder 4 Foundation download will be at the end of October.

Now it reads something like:

3. JBuilder 4 Foundation download will be available soon.
