This is the point where you go to replace by value, as what you are
trying to replace is a bulk diode with bulk variations intended to
feed machines with tapes.

Second thing, if you had to replace it because it burned up, always
step up the power ratings, like from the 1.5 watts of the 1N4108 to 5
watts.
