There were a number of folks who used a FT-100 knob, which seemed to fit pretty 
well.

I ended up using the stock knob with the add-on Fingerdimple (FDIMP). It works 
ok. The stock adhesive gave up after a couple of years, and I have since 
superglued it to the stock knob.
