I agree. While the website says it meets carry on regulations, it clearly doesn't. So, if flying with this as carry-on luggage is planned, the Pelican 1510 is a safer bet. It's about $60 more. But that might not be a big deal if it saves you from paying baggage fees because it's a little too big to carry on.
