When you are in diversity, you are using many of the settings from RX A in RX B. When you hit B set, you will also find that RX B uses the VFO B frequency, which will cause you to not hear the RX A frequency when for example fiddling with the NR or NB to see if they help reception. You need to remember to do
It is clear that going to BSET drops out of diversity until you are finished with it. I'm not sure I would call that a bug, as once you know about it, you do the workaround easily enough, but it would be nice if it didn't do that. You have to drop the BSET to return to diversity phase lock. Dropping the frequency if you've been tuning around, particularly if all you want to do BSET is look at the B S-meter, is a pain in the patooey. None of the cheep fixes work (like move A->B as part of BSET) because VFO B contents may be intentional. If that was done as a quick way to drop out and listen elsewhere in diversity, I'm annoyed, and would want that behavior as an option that I could turn off. 73, Guy.
