Question for those who have the printed book and/or pdf: I was in the process of ordering the printed version and first looked at the samples on the website. It appears that this document is in black and white rather than color. Is that the actual case with the final product? The many graphs, charts and P3 displays would certainly be enhanced with color. If it is actually all monochrome I may just get the pdf version, as have a good black and white laser printer here. On the other hand, the price of the printed version would be a reasonable value if it were in color.
