Thanks, everyone, for the useful info in the book options. I decided to go with the PDF version. Based on my quick browse through it, it looks like lots of helpful information nicely arranged. I'll move the PDF to my IPad for convenient searching and probably print out only selected sections for a hardcopy reference.
