I'm setting up a transverter band for 432MHz. I have a switched dummy load feeding the transverter at around the ten watt level.
However, on a two tone test the output on 28MHz is considerably cleaner at 13 watts (KPA100 in) than it is at 10 watts. But - the transverter band set up will not let me go above 12 watts. Is there a work around other than using 28MHz straight and accepting the MHz frequency readout is wrong?
