Those are, of course, high quality recorded announcements. The male voice is that of Lee Rodgers, a long-time San Francisco broadcaster at station KGO, once the west-coast flagship of ABC Radio. New owners took over recently, and Lee was laid off, always a hazard in the broadcast industry. What a shame!
