I does no good to staff up unless all the manufacturing processes are in
place.
Boms all set
Inventory in required qty...down to every nut and screw
Workstations ready to be manned
Kitting all ready
And instructions for each work station/operation


They are probably killing themselves to balance ramp up against predicted
final demand....its bad to over staff!

Give them a break, its harder than you think!

I don't think  Elecraft subscribes to the "Hire and Fire " philosophy that
seems to be current in most arenas.

 At least, I hope so!

up" when I started getting hundreds of orders the first two days and more
kept pouring in over the next few weeks.
