The only portions of the amateur radio spectrum that are CW only are 50.0-50.1 MHz and 144.0-144.1 MHz.

On HF, CW is permitted everywhere. Digital communications are only permitted in the lower half (typically) of the band, and Analog communication modes are only permitted in the upper half (typically) of the band.

(At least, that is the case until the regulations change to restriction by bandwidth)
