*Frank, Tap to turn on NR and turn off NR
Whether NR is on or off, a HOLD (1 sec) the NR will bring up adjustment, variable via VFO B There is no current facility to change the setting by SAVING it to a PF key which was the original inquiry. I have not had a Yaesu in my shack since I discarded the FTdx9000D and I thought that enough time had passed that Yaesu would have fixed that issue, but, apparently not? I have never found a need to do this as I have had the K3 long enough to get all my settings right. If a transceiver needs to have this adjusted continuously during qso's then I sure don't one of those. :-) YMMV 73 * On 3 September 2012 08:23, W6NEK <[email protected]> wrote: > Gary, > As I understand it, just a TAP of the NR button will toggle the NR > function On and Off. > TAP & HOLD will place the NR into adjustment mode so the NR profile can be > changed. > Fred asked: "is there a way to continuously adjust the DNR from the very > lowest to the most aggressive with a dial while listing"? > As far as I know NR TAP & HOLD (NR ADJ) is the only way to accomplish what > he wants. > > Is there an easier way that I missed? > 73...
