I just spoke with Elecraft on the phone and was told that (correct me if
I'm wrong, Elecraft) anyone who was sent upgrade kits with incorrect
springs will receive another kit with the right springs. Sounds like
they're sending these out in batches, and from what I understand the wait
time is measured in weeks not months. I did not get the sense that you
needed to contact Elecraft in order for this to happen.

Again, hope Wayne/etc will correct me if I'm wrong... I don't speak for
Elecraft.
