A number of us on this group pushed for 'Icom tuning' (ballistic tuning I think it was called) some years back, around the time that the K3 was first being talked about. Unfortunately there were plenty of folks who didn't want it, including Wayne as far as I can remember! I thoroughly appreciated it on my Icom 7400.
