I've been off and on 20M all day since the Elecraft net mostly
listening. I managed a QRP PSK31 contact with ZL1LC. A strong
station from France had so much jitter in his signal I couldn't
copy him at all. I got the idea he was in France from the
station he was working. There also seems to be a lot of noise
and QSB on the band. YMMV.

1400utc on 14.345 who is in IL (net control for the eme net),
but by time for the Elecraft Net the band died (to anywhere).
I just figured there was another solar flare.
