Hi Bob, This is a question that comes up from time-to-time and you will get a multitude of answers!
Personally, I have a couple of the Astron Power Supplies RS-35M and think they are fantastic. One of these is more than enough to run 24x7 and handle the K3/100 with plenty to spare.
