The below is confusing information! The CM500 mike and headphone plugs as they are, will fit into the back of the K3. If you want to use the K3's front connectors, you need to cut wires and do some soldering to use the front panel MIC connector and the front panel PHONES connector. My guess would be that everybody just plugs into the K3's rear connectors, thus eliminating the bias battery box. Check your manual to find out how to apply bias via the K3. A good amount of common sense would be helpful here!!!
