Hi Mike, A good soldering iron, check A good set of hand tools, - screwdriver, flushcut wirecutters, set of small nutdrivers A pair of good eyes.. aids are perfectly acceptable.. what ever it takes to SEE lights, magnifiers, etc. Lots of time.. forget the "gotta get it done by..." ASK QUESTIONS if needed to this reflector, just like you did.. it is a wealth of info.
