In my area, I have heard SSB signals 28.25 to 28.45. A local club uses 28.337 SSB. Another club runs CW practice on 28.150. A third club used 28.090 for CW/RTTY/DIGITAL. Most of this is local communication but, others have joined the conversation as band conditions allow. Area is Northeast Ohio.
