I have implemented that feature as an option in my controller. Current implementation is - on TX set min fan speed = 1, 30 sec after TX stops return min fan speed to normal. It will be easy to change min speed and dwell time if test data suggests that would be worthwhile. It's not yet obvious that this option offers any advantage but I only used it in a casual S&P operation during CW-WW-RTTY.
